Transfer Terms

• Vehicles provided meet regional standards for their respective class.
• A "meet and greet" service is included at the pickup location.
• Flight tracking is included to ensure timely pickups in case of delays.
• Fixed pricing per route and vehicle includes all taxes and charges, so you won't face hidden fees.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
• For airport pickups, the waiting time is free for the first hour.
• For train stations and any other free pickup locations, waiting time is free for the first 15 minutes.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or through our online website & app.
• Full payment must be made before the transfer commences unless otherwise arranged.

Extra Charge Terms

• Any waiting time beyond the free period will incur an additional charge based on the applicable hourly rate.
• If there are special requests, such as extra luggage or child seats, additional charges may apply.
• Transfers outside regular hours (late-night services or services requiring significant detours) may be subject to extra fees.
• Additional stops during the transfer will incur extra charges calculated based on the time and distance involved.

Duration Charge

• For airport transfers, waiting time is free for the first hour. After one hour, additional charges apply.
• For other pickup locations like train stations or private locations, waiting time is free for the first 15 minutes, after which charges will apply.
• Duration is calculated from the vehicle's arrival at the pickup location until the completion of the service. Extended services or delays may result in additional charges based on the time spent.
