You can request pick-ups from any location. The primary focus of the Enjoy City Tour is airport or rail station-to-home and home-to-airport or rail station transportation. You can leave notes to help the driver or chauffeur meet your requirements. Furthermore, we offer cars for disabled people to ensure a comfortable ride.

The standard car rental booking deadline is one day before the start of the ride. A 24-hour time limit ensures none of our customers have to wait for a car or chauffeur. You can also book a car two or three days prior to the move.

You may cancel your ride in your personal "Enjoy City Tour" account. Log in and follow the instructions. Premium Economy Class: The cancellation is charge-free 12 hours before the drop-off and pick-up times. A 100% cancellation fee applies after the time limit. Business and First Class: The cancellation is charge-free 2 hours before the drop-off and pick-up times. A 100% cancellation fee applies after the time limit.

You must pay in advance with your credit card while booking a ride. Automatically, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking or refunded by cancellation, free of charge. The system is automatic and guarantees no issues.

Premium Economy, Business Class, First Class, Pick-up or drop-off. You will be welcomed with a placard at the gate during pick-up from the airport or station. For luxury private tours of Rome, you can choose the Rome night tour package.

You will receive a reservation request confirmation by email after finishing the booking process. If a rider is not available, you will receive a cancellation confirmation. You can view the status of your booking in your profile under "My Transfers." Unconfirmed bookings are marked red, and confirmed ones are marked green. Later, the contact details will be viewed in the transfer details.

The booking system provides prices and services reserved separately for every transfer. Prices may vary for outward and inward-bound transfers due to different road or tariff areas. Accompanying someone to the train car or check-in desk is considered an additional service and will incur fees.

For credit card payments, your Enjoy City Tour invoice will be accessible digitally. Instead of receiving an email notification, you can download the PDF invoice directly from your account after your card has been successfully charged. Please note that we don't send paper invoices by mail.
